Quick Facts

SUPERIOR PENETRATION & FAST CURING: Tried & true Danish Oil offers faster absorption and curing compared to typical natural oils. This makes it a great primer for other T&T finishes, especially on highly absorbent wood.

VERSATILE APPLICATIONS: In addition to traditional wood finishing techniques, Danish Oil can be used to mix custom stains, serve as a primer and grain enhancer before epoxy or oil-based film finishes, and many other applications similar to pure linseed oil.

PROFESSIONAL QUALITY: This linseed oil is often used by woodworking professionals for bare wood or stained piece applications.

FOOD SAFE & NON TOXIC: Ideal for rustic pieces, cabinets, and butcher blocks, Danish Oil is 100% safe for food use. However, we recommend using Original Wood Finish as a top coat for moisture resistance on food-contact items.

EASY APPLICATION: Sand the piece to the desired level and apply a very thin coat with a lint-free cloth at room temperature. Allow it to penetrate for 5 minutes, buff dry, and cure for at least 8 hours before burnishing with 4/0 steel wool.
